Just So You Know …

Many, if not all states’ police forces will give you a ticket for driving while texting and in some cases, if you are caught talking on a hand-held cell phone while driving. Now, insurance companies are taking note: cell phone violations are being added as minor violations for insurance eligibility and texting violations are added as major violations for eligibility. Why risk your life and the well-being of others by texting and/or using a cell phone while driving?  If you must answer a phone call or text someone, pull over.  Or a better idea – turn your cell phone off completely while driving.

Avoid the expense of a police-issued ticket; avoid the possible inability to obtain auto insurance.
