Wendy Guckert, a customer service representative in E. R. Munro and Company’s Insurance Department, has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
The CISR program offers courses that build practical skills within the insurance industry. To earn the CISR designation, five courses and five examinations must be successfully completed within three years.
Congratulations Wendy! She joins Munro CSRs Georganne Yandura and Nadine Weilersbacher with the CISR designation. Mary Grace Lazor in Munro’s Bond Department also holds a CISR designation.
