Georganne Yandura, a customer service representative in E. R. Munro and Company’s Insurance Department, has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
She is the first Munro CSR to achieve the CISR Elite designation.
“This distinction not only adds to your personal success, it is a benefit to your company, and represents increased knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond the ordinary continuing education requirements of any state,” said William T. Hold, president of The National Alliance, based in Austin, Texas.
“Congratulations in achieving the highest customer service recognition,” Hold added.
Georganne has been with E. R. Munro since 2008.
