Now that it’s 2019, it’s time to renew dealer licenses, auction licenses, and vehicle salesperson licenses with the Pennsylvania Vehicle Board.
This year will be different. The Pennsylvania Department of State, where the Vehicle Board works, has a new electronic PALS Licensing System. All renewals must be completed online. There will be no paper applications. Of course, this assumes that the PALS system is ready in time for license renewal processing.
Plan to file your renewal applications in March or April to renew for two years and before the May 31, 2019 expiration date of current licenses.
